Pickled Green Pawpaw

Shredded green pawpaw & Julienne Ginger

  • Teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 5 cloves
  • Teaspoon coriander seeds
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Zest of lime
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1.5 cups coconut vinegar
  • 1.5 cups water

Put all pickling ingredients into pot and dissolve and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add ginger and pawpaw and simmer 1 hour.
