The Australian experience using simple native and indigenous materials
Cooking with paper bark ….. Fish will be baked to show the students how native material is used.
A whole fish is wrapped and steamed in the oven with lemon myrtle.
Traditional Farmers Bacon and whole egg pie
Damper or scones
Kangaroo meat satays
Crocodile samples (a small portion dish) for those wishing to try it.
The students will be eating what they cook and a Sunshine Coast made soft drink is supplied.
Minimum 15 Students per Class at $50.00 per person
Time approx 3 hours
Monday to Friday at the Innovation Centre Kitchen subject to booking at Events and Catering
