Oz Muffins

  • 1 x Cup Sugar
  • 3 x Cups unprocessed Bran
  • 2½ x Cups Plain Flour
  • 1 x Tbs Bicarb
  • ½ x Tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ x Tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 x Cup Sultanas & Chopped Apricots
  • 2/3rd x Cup Oil
  • 2 x Eggs
  • 1 x Cup boiling Water
  • 2 x Cups Buttermilk

Mix the ingredients and put in muffin trays at 220 C until golden brown
